RETURN & EXCHANGE We at Mush Editions pride ourselves on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return/exchange at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. We will review your request within 24 hours and guide you with the refund/exchange process. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Customer is also responsible to verify size chart before placing an order. If the jacket is ordered and delivered as per the measurement chart, it will not be refunded or exchanged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify via email, if your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Non-Refundable articles Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. Refunds or exchange will not be acceptable after 30 days of purchase. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. On some items, we have Free Shipping over $75 WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES? If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimating. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL? All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
